Hi! I’m Leah. I’m a teacher who believes in the power of sharing stories. My husband, Zachary, and I have three wonderful children.
This is Jordan. She has Cri du Chat syndrome, a rare chromosomal disability which impacts 1 in 50,000 births. We were told she may never walk or talk. She has found a way to dance through life on her own terms.
Four years later, our twin boys, Oliver and Austin, were born, and we faced neurosurgeon appointments for one and an oncologist for the other.
Four years later, the energetic Moore crew is happy, healthy, and constantly cleaning up Goldfish crumbs.
